Employees portal is the Module of the Hatimatic Suite that allows public or private companies to archive and send with a clicks paychecks, CUDs and reserved communications, saving on printing costs, distribution and storage.

Hatimatic Portal Employees integrates directly with any application of "administrative management of staff", without requesting interventions from the information system where it operates.

The collaborators of the company that uses employees will be able to access in protected mode from any remote position or by the mobile app dedicated to a customizable portal through which they will be able to view and download their documents for 10 years, tracing the operations carried out (the company, for example, will be able to verify whether and when the documents are consulted).

The Mobile App of Hatimatic Portal Employees allows:

• consult your paychecks, their CUDs and confidential communications;

• Enter or modify the Timesheet of your work;

• verify the final balance of its business;

• check the planned activities;

• fill in and send online requests/permits;

• check your vacation/permits situation;

• Consult the invoices relating to their fringe benefits;

• Change your access password.
